INTRODUCTION:

Brand Platform.com (“Brand Platform”) and our associations offer you services that are formed according to 5 areas mentioned in the following terms and conditions. Therefore, prior to finalizing to avail our services, we advise you to read the terms and conditions thoroughly.

Acceptance of terms and condition:

Our Advertiser, specialist or agent will communicate all the aspects of the payments, terms of administration and our cancellation policy. These terms and conditions will go through the process of acknowledgment through sending an email confirmation link and receiving a favorable action when checking the “accept” box and clicking on “submit” afterwards when the user is done reading the Terms and Conditions.

In instances when the advertisers fail to accept the terms and conditions within 30 days after the terms and conditions were sent by Brand Platform, the offer will be withdrawn. However, Advertisers can reach us again to ask for services but new estimations and terms and conditions will be formed and offered to them.

Three day cancelation:

Should the advertiser decide to withdraw services being availed by us, he/she can send his consent to Brand Platform within 3 business working days through emailing all the information which includes advertiser’s name, company’s name, email address and location address to [email protected] and filling in the subject line with "Cross out Administrations". This process will result in the services being withdrawn with no further assurances, should the message is send to us before 5 PM Pakistan Standard Time, and the advertiser will pay for all of the services he availed prior to cancellation. However, if the advertiser fails to email or connect with Brand Platform for cancellation of administration, the company will automatically envision that all terms and conditions have been accepted by the advertiser and that they have agreed ti be lawfully bound with the contract of terms and conditions.

Personal Information:

When the advertiser agrees with the terms and conditions of the company, he/she also agrees to receive timely information from Brand Platform that is related to the records of the advertiser and the services we offer to them. This information essentially contains promotional offers, technological advancements or additional offers. In case, the advertisers wishes to unsubscribe from our promotional messages, they can email us be sending a message that says unsubscribe and the subject line contains “showcasing messages opt-out” to [email protected] and mentioning their name.

All of the information provided to us by the Advertiser is secured according to the Privacy Policy of Brand Platform.

Description of the services

Brand Platform markets the business propositions of the advertisers through bringing into use several online strategies, websites etc. To us, the services we provide are our products.

Mentioned below are the current Service offerings of our company, which are liable to changes with time. The following Terms and Conditions will be applicable to the advertisers when they request to avail services being offered by Brand Platform:

Every service being offered amalgamates the marketing and upholding services and practices that are specifically shared when reaching the agreement for these services and is prone to the restrictions represented during this agreement. The terms and conditions relating to the product/service during this agreement cater to just the specific service portrayed, and not to the rest of the services that are generally being offered by Brand Platform but the advertiser is not currently availing.

Regardless of the Services being offered to the Advertiser, Brand Platform will send an Account Information Page to them which can be retrieved by them at any time that decides the position of the Advertiser’s record and the services being offered by Brand Platforms. The advertiser can collect further information on the services being provided by the Brand Platform through calling, messaging or emailing them. Advertisers can avail information about clicks on their site and search engine, shopping engines, content sites and so on and can contact Brand Platform for editing incorrect spellings, singular/plural combinations and other inquiry items that are part of the promotional activity of the company. All of the keyword campaigns will form cohesion between key terms, titles and descriptions that are predominantly formulated to increase profits for spending more on advertising. Unless an advertiser has formed an association with Brand Platform to offer them a small scale site, the advertiser has the responsibility of the distinction and accuracy of the site they own and it’s connected landing page(s) or redirect sites that form a link to its ads.

FEES FOR Brand Platform:

Advertiser, at any time, can decide the expenses and pricing for any service being provided on telephone, chat or email. Charges for the services are put under the individual product/service terms and conditions pages illustrated previously. By accepting these terms and conditions, Advertiser clearly assents to pay the charges and pricing for the Services asked for, and which were communicated to Advertiser at or before the season of acknowledgment.
